so this is my first time trying to install a mod to any computer game or anything like that. I'm a bit confused on how i'm to get the file working with the game, help would be much appreciated.

go here C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\fallout new vegas\Data\

and extract the files there, then go to the launch screen and click data files and check next to the mod you want to add to the game.
