Customer Service Really Disappoints me

So I enjoyed beta and have defended the game on this forum and others but what happened recently has soured my opinion of this game. I made a decision that I wanted the physical copy of the game as it would be nice to have the physical goodies that come with it. I pre-ordered the digital version several weeks ago and I decided I would read up on the help pages to see what my options are. According to the website if we wish to cancel a pre-order we must contact customer support for the refund... Fair enough. I first used the email prompts to state my intentions and received a quick response as to what I needed to send them. I did this and waited 48 hours... No refund. I emailed again and was asked for yet another piece of information to process, yet once again no word after I quickly responded. The third time I decided to call and click the call option for the number.... Yet more fields to fill out and they did not call me. It has been a week and no luck and the shame is I only wanted to spend MORE money for a physical copy. I took the no customer service for years from Square Enix and I am not doing it again. No issues with the game but I guess money comes before all else. Be warned if you change your mind about playing the game or wanting a physical copy. /rant

There is no customer service. I couldn't play the beta because my launcher deleted my game every time it finished downloading (just like dozens of other people).

I sent two support requests, I didn't hear a word back.

Zenimax is not interested in engaging with customers.

They send you email asking cs feed back, I suggest you fill it, I did with complaint about time scale it took to get a reply, though it was settled when I finally did. Though I do agree, the cs does need some work on it, as if problems happen that are resolved in this manner after launch day, I can see problems with the player base decreasing more than it should.
