Simple question, I only had one friend online to play with me but I'm planning on having my guild move over here (about 10 people who play regularly).
Would we be able to group together while we quest? We've already made the preparations and chosen which alliance to join E.C.T. So I was just hoping we could play together... Has anyone tried to make a group larger then 4 while PVE?

There are 'raid' groups but I dunno if it have any penalty on playing in normal zone like other games.

This is a good question and I'd like to find this out also.

The normal stuff is endless. open world.. yopu even can push assist keys if you are near. No need of an group.

People also don't "need" friends... But I like to play with all of them on my screen if I can - we tried some other games as a guild that wouldn't let us group higher then 4 people and it was hell. We're a social guild and like to feel like we're working together.
