Can anyone please check this issue, if possible , maybe its just a problem in my game : dawnguard heavy armor does not increase its rating after selecting Matching Set perk, i tried everything, it seems to be a bug .

I had not noticed this in my game, as I usually wear the Dawnguard light armor. I think as long as your armor rating is over 567 you're alright, since that is the armor cap. That being said it still might be a bug.

This is a bug. If you play on PC, the http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/23491/? fixes these issues (see below).

• The perk for matching sets for Dawnguard items (DLC1DawnguardItemperk) was not consistent with the updates in official Patch 1.9 and has now been raised from 20% bonus to 25% bonus.
• The Dawnguard version of the Matching Set perk (DLC1DawnguardItemPerk) did not properly account for wearing the light vs heavy versions of Dawnguard armor.
