I activate him and he says something like, "You look weary, I can help you" or something like that. I skipped the dialogue. Anyways, he sells Skooma, Sleeping Tree Sap, and Moon Sugar.
I backed out and asked him what he was talking about, and he proceeded to inform me about his expertise. I told him this can't be legal, so he called me a snitch and attacked me.
Has anyone else ran into this guy? This is my first encounter, and I found it absolutely hilarious.
