Hiccups and Frostfall error.

For the most part things have been running smoothly since I installed the mods I've wanted. But I've noticed a couple issues that hopefully I'll get a definitive answer to here. And yes, I've researched these online and have found some answers but I'd like to know some more up-to-date info.

The first, and by far most alarming issue is that I recently got this message:

"Youre game's scripting system is running too slowly in order for Frostfall to run correctly. Please see Troubleshooting page of the online documentation for tips. Your exposure value will not change until this improves (Last update took 145.040131 sec, expected <20.0sec)

I've read multiple things on this one. One said that this might just be a one-time issue and never appear again. But it is definitely concerning and I'd like to know what to do because Frostfall is one of my must-have mods.

The second thing, which may or may not be tied to the previous issue is that when I'm riding around on a horse, especially sprinting, I'm getting fairly frequent hiccups. The game doesn't crash but it looks as if it freezes for a while then picks back up. These temporary freezes can last up to 5-6 seconds and then the game continues. If this is just part of running the mods then I completely accept that. But at the same time I've seen stress test videos that do not have this problem and are running ten times faster than what I'm doing on a horse.
