Why do Xbox users have to pay a subscription fee? We already pay for Xbox live. Isn't that enough?

XBox Live goes to Microsoft. Sub fee goes to ZOS (or Bethesda since they are the publisher??)

Blame Microsoft for being greedy and charge for things that doesn't use their service other than being on their platform.

Sub Fees has nothing to do with the Microsoft XBox Live.

Everyone has to pay for Subscription Fees to play the game after the first month.

Er... because the subscription fee for the game is paid to Zenimax. Your sub for MS live or gold or whatever it is called services is paid to MS.

Do you think Zenimax should drop the sub and get no ongoing income from xbox users just because they are already being charged by MS? Take it up with MS. I think Sony did a deal with Zenimax whereby PS4 ESO players will not have to pay for additional PSN services just in order to play ESO (edit - although they may well still desire to pay those fees for other PSN online services). The fact that MS has refused a similar deal is not any fault of Zenimax, and Zenimax are not going to forgo sub fees from the entire xbox player base just because MS are being money-grabbing you know whats about it.

Complain to MS, not Zenimax.

its not microsofts fault nor is ii sony's fault nor is it elders scrolls fault elders scrolls has nothing to do with sony or micrsoft and sony and micrsoft has nothing do with elders scroll.. are you also on the netflix and hulu forrmus crying that you have to pay there fee's and micrsoft or sony does not pick up the tab..... if it was not for the sub fee it would not be coming to console at all this must be your first console MMO because ff online everquest online and that silly super hero online game all have subs on consoles.. this game is not call of duty where they milk you for every single thing that they add.. the sub fee is to pay for the MASSIVE servers and also to pay the DEVS that keep making FREE NEW CONTENT.. also do you know how much DEV time goes into the first 6 months of a MMO launch every single one comes out buggy as hell and they have to pay for devs to work around the clock due to fixing one thing always breaks another thing and emergency patches are a dime a dozen the first moth...

just so you know you are not forced to pay the monthly fee you will know by the first month if this is a game you want to keep playing.. if this is your first MMO trust me you will see right away this differnce in a MMO and a game that has multiplayer

MS Live isnt the internet. where did you learned that? MS Live is an Platform for gaming which failed hard.
