I am posting this because it seem i can't find this information. Its about skills line. Is there any requirements (except levels) in learning skills from a skill line ?

It is possible for example.. to learn the first and second skill and then jump to the 5th skill (and not caring about skill 3 and 4) in a skill line once i reach the required level for this skill ? That because some skills doesn't seem very useful in all skills line depending on the character your making so i was wondering.

Yes, it is.

You can take just the first skill from the line and level the entire line using just that one - it will take longer than using several skills but is perfectly viable. Once you are on the level you desire you can actually respec and put points only where you deem them necessary.

For the start I will be using at least 1 skill from each line , just to level the line up

Some lines can be leveled up with no skill points (weapon and armor skill lines).

you can also speed up leveling a certain class skill line faster, by slotting more of its skills to the skill bar....for example using 3 earthen heart abilities at once will level up the entire earthen heart skill line faster than just slotting 1

I am not sure we are talking the same stuff maybe i didn't used the right word. If you select dark magic as an example (could be anything else) you have 5 skills you can learn then come specialization skills at the very bottom. Normally this cost 1 skill point to learn any of thoses skills. What i wanted to know is if its possible to learn the first one like crystal shard and bypass the second and third (because its maybe not interesting or whatever for my specific char build) and then wait until i reach level for the 4th skill and learn it and also later choose which specialization i want. (I am not talking about skill ranking until it can be morphed).
