Dead Skeleton Scene

Post » Thu Mar 20, 2014 5:39 am

Hi. Skyrim has some great scenes with skeletons in interesting positions. I'd like to do one of my own.

1) How can I simply place a skeleton and have it collapse.... without it exploding all over the interior.

2) I'd like to pile empty bottles on top of the bones.

What skeleton object is best for this? How can I keep the skeleton and bottles in the positions that I place them? Why can't I see the skeleton collapse with havok sim in the CK?

Thanks!

I'm not sure if it works the same way in Skyrim CK, but the technique in Oblivion was to place a dead human, and after posing the body, turn the havok sim off, and replace it (using the "search and replace" function) with a skeleton. The skeleton would retain the placement of the human actor, and not break apart, as long as it was adequately supported.
