How to make arrows be affected by unrelenting force?

Let me just put this out here. This is my first time posting ANYTHING on a forum, so please forgive me if I screw something up badly.

Okay so I am struggling with creation kit, and my friend who actually understands it is too busy making people attack you with goats, so I'm forced to do things myself. I use a mod called the Naruto anime overhaul, which adds several new spells to the game. One of which is a 'Shinra tensei area power', which pretty much is just a power that sends out an unrelenting force in a circle around you. Now this can be used in conjunction with a Sharingan, which slows time. Now when there's five guys that all shoot at once, and you are watching the arrows fly towards you, I get an resistible urge to use the shinra tensei area power and send the arrows flying the other direction. However, this does not work. Arrows are not affected by the shinra tensei (not sure about if they are with unrelenting force but would guess the same) so I get a face full of arrows. I've been trying loads of stuff and I just can't find anything that says whether objects are affected by unrelenting force push or not.

If you know what I need to look for, a simple solution or a clue that might help me in some way, please say so. I am brand-new with creation kit so please refrain from using complex language, however I do have some common sense.

I could be wrong but I don't believe the magic effect could interact with projectiles by itself, you could script the effect to spawn some collision planes around the caster that translate outwards then disable themselves.

It'd push around actors that don't ragdoll but I'm pretty sure you can condition collision planes to allow certain objects through.

Well I have no idea what you mean, but that will be way too complex for me right now. Are you sure there's not some button somewhere within a file to do with arrows that stop it from colliding with an unrelenting force? I see no scripts within general clutter that can be pushed around, so it must be something with the unrelenting force files themselves. To be frank I have no idea whatsoever.
