I'm almost out of moves, reinstalled the game, changed drivers (from last amd release to the last beta and vice versa), changed almost every single variable in the ini files and the problem still persists.

Did you have any mods installed before you reinstalled? Texture replacers, body replacers?

To an extent this is normal. You are going to see a sort of cut off between face and body in some cases. Unless the body is changing color but not the head for example.

There might be some mods that will help correct this.
