So, if my friends and I form a Daggerfall guild, what will we be able to do cross faction?

Can the same guild have members (both alts and from other accounts) who are not Daggerfall?

Can we do PvE content (dungeons and the Adventure Zones) with players from other factions?

Your account name is tied to a guild, so even when you create a new toon and go play on another faction you will still be in that guild. As for cross faction grouping,no that's not possible. At least not yet, perhaps they'll do something with that later on?
