Has anyone played this mod? I haven't seen any threads regarding it, here on this forum.

A couple questions, to those that have:

1.) Once you play this mod, and become Jarl of Ivarstead, are you pretty much forced to do things in Ivarstead on a regular basis, to keep maintaining your progress there. Such as constantly providing food and such? Or once you've pretty much done a lot in that mod, can you go off for weeks at a time (in game time), doing quests elsewhere, and not worry about Ivarstead (Skyrim's typical sandbox thing).

2.) Which mod is better? Become Jarl of Ivarstead -or- Become King of Riverhelm ? Are they compatible in the same gamesave?
