Blocking and Stamina Use

Reading and hearing very mixed info on this...and it plays a part in my Race decision.

I see this info:

Blocking and Bashing/Interrupt is 20% of base stamina.

Dodging is about 30% of max stamina.

CC-break is almost 50% of max stamina.

But also see people saying that Blocking is also based of MAX stamina.

I don't get it, I mean how can everything be based off MAX stamina. Some of it has to based off Base or just a set amount of Stamina... Anyone have more confirmed info on this?

I cannot confirm this, but based on my observations, those all use percentages based on max stamina because they want all characters to have a balanced and equal method of avoiding/mitigating damage by those means. You can further improve your defensive capabilities through the use of passives and/or active abilities. Active abilities that use stamina (whether defensive or offensive in nature) will use a number (such as 60 stamina cost).
