What's that perk that let's you fast travel when over encumbered and what skill tag do you need that unlocks it that's a good perk to use what perks do you guys like and why?

Long Haul, perk. And Barter skill.

Hand Loader perk. So you can load your gun like the devil!

Light Touch as well since I always roll with light armor.

I also never play without the Fast Shot trait. I generally use semi-auto rifles or cowboy weapons, so the the higher spread is non existent for me. The AP% reduction is sweet too.

Fast shot trait is a must for me.

Moar DPS is always better.

But other then that, Jury rigging is probably one of my most used perks. It's just so damn useful.
