Hi,
I bought Imperial Edition from Green man gaming. I received the code and it says I have early access only in my ESO account information.
Should not be there something like Imperial Edition?
I am a bit worried.

They will email use another game code closer to launch that you must use before the early access is up. I don't know the details. There in depth thread about this. GMG kind of pulled a fast one where we don't have the actual game purchase yet or something to that extent.
LoL, its one week to launch how sooner they want us to email the Imperial Edition code?
I want to create Imperial from the start and I guess as many, many other people do who bought CE from GMG.
You mean every third-party retailer "pulled a fast one" because they all give an early access code out first and then the actual game code at launch.
Also, ZOS has confirmed that a 5-day early access code is enough to create an Imperial during early access (along with the other benefits), but you must enter the game code after launch to retain those items. I don't see why GMG would have any issue getting those codes emailed out right on launch day.
I don't recall where I read it, but my understanding was that we would receive the final key a day or two before early access.
I purchased the gmg imperial version as well. they had a post on their customer service forums that explained what others here have already posted. GMG will send out the proper game codes close to launch (I know it;'s close) and we have been given the grace period from ZOS already in the meantime.

I know, but it says early access on my acc. Which also can mean standard 3-days early access.
The difference is that not every 'third-party retailer' (aren't all retailers third parties?) charges your credit or debit card before the date of launch. I don't know what GMG does but I know a few other online retailers have charged people for the game already.

I was wondering about the standard edition box showing under my account and found this on Green Man Gaming support.
Go to https://account.elderscrollsonline.com/ and check under "Billing History". It should tell you whether your Early Access is 3 days or 5 days.
Hello! I just checked my account to see and it just says Early Access too(along with Beta Access of course). I pre-ordered directly from the Elder Scrolls website, so you should be fine!
This kind of confusion is why I always purchase directly from the parent company site. Let's hope everything gets cleared up for those of you that tried to save a buck...and that you've learned to verify stuff like this before paying.
When I bought the physical IE from Gamestop, they emailed me the early access code. Does that include the other things such as imperial race/vanity pets/imperial horse?
GMG has already charged my account with the purchase.
Check the above billing history link posted by GhoXen. It shows the codes applied to your account, and if the emailed code you applied says imperial edition, then yes that should be the one that includes your items.
