I saw a text from the ama: The Dunmer fire talent passive is having some bugs cleaned up, and going to +2%/4%/6% fire damage.

But I logged in today (stresstest). and saw at rank 25 you get 3% as I was lvl 3 I couldnt see past rank 25, anyone know what the excact racials are for the Dunmer?!

What are the racials for it at launch?!
