New save cleaner on the block

So I've just spotted http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/52363/? and thought I'd raise some awareness here before things get out of hand like they did the last time.

Hopefully someone who knows more about the .ess format/nature of these programs can look further into this and possibly get in touch with the author. The lack of documentation makes me very suspect of the tool's claims and I'd hate to see a repeat of the last time one of these tools came into the spotlight.

To the less informed: Be very wary of these tools. There's a high possibility they could break your save files, even if not immediately obvious. Skyrim's engine was not made to inherently support the uninstallation of mods mid play through. If you do decide to try this out, make a backup of your save file first as indicated by the mod author.

Data gets baked into the ESS files. Just about all of these tools simply null that data out. Cleaners wouldn't be dangerous if they actually changed the rest of the values that were related to the data they removed and removed data on a more selective basis. Unfortunately, they don't and should be avoided at all costs until the ESS format is better understood.
