I know you can change names... but can you change your appearances like face features? I'd pay for that.

I assume he means once you've created your character.

I don't think there's any feature that allows that right now, but I'm sure something like that will be implemented later on, even Skyrim had the face sculpture person you could talk to and change your appearance.
