Ok when i dismiss lydia she now stays where i have the conversation with her? Anyone else seen this?
Also dead thrall spell? Recasting on new thrall and killing new thrall i still get dangerous spell dialogue? This seems to be newer bug? Only going to jail seems to remove effect?

I dismiss Lydia and she returns to Breezehome in Whiterun. My first home that I bought. Do you give her enough time to get home? I have seen her take a few days to arrive back home.

I found sitting down in a chair and standing up clears some of these issues.
