Lost "sit"and "use" functionality in game

Hello everyone,

First post so please be gentle. I have searched but could not find help so if I missed it please point me at relevant info.

Here's the issue. My mod which includes a new world space (small island so not huge) has affected the player "sit" and some "use" functionality in game. So if I go to sit on barstool or chair/bench then player sits and immediately leaves without me doing anything. Same with tanning rack/alchemy table etc. strangely the forge works fine. So essentially this blocks the player from enchanting or creating potions etc...not good!!

If I disable my mod then everything works well, so I conclude my mod is messing up something. I have systematically removed items, quests etc backwards hoping to find the culprit but, alas, it still is broken. Frankly I don't know where to look anymore. I have taken everything out that I can find. I am pretty rigorous so label any new items with a prefix etc but I admit that sometimes I get lazy and look at original forms to see how it's done and may have accidentally changed something but I can't find it and have checked every starred item in the kit.

Most of my modding is v simple and geared around mini quests, new armour, spells, building, hunting etc I am not using much scripting other than simple stuff like dropping/giving items or poisoning. The only thing which I can think of is an AI package which gets npc to search for and acquire object, activate an activator to process it then place finished item into container. So as I say nothing complex.

Any help or pointers, where to look etc would be gratefully and gleefully received
