Dissapointment in Centurion Armor

Post » Tue Mar 25, 2014 8:19 am

Just something that has bothered me fom day 1: The Legion Centurion armor is said (via loading screens) to be constructed from the armor of fallen foes and as such each Centurion is unique but in-game we get the same set of armor on every Centurion (which there can be a lot of at higher levels) which implies that each Centurion killed the same set of enemies and used the same parts to make identical armor. Now maybe it is just me but that really brings me down as it seems a waste of an oppotunity to have a small number of Centurions in the game, ech with their own unique history and trophies rather than the copy n paste we have. but what makes it worse is that i cant even find mods that do anything to change this which in itself shows a lack of interest from the Legion fanbase (however small it may be)..

thoughts?

Well, they could not have a unique set for each centurion...

no my point was to reduce the number of Centurions (there shouldnt be 100 at hoover dam and 2 in every assassin squad) to a small number, make each one a unique person (like aurelius of phoenix), and give each one their own variant of armor or even let you build you own when you get high ranked in the legion. doesnt seem unreasonable to me

Then Why stop there? Why not create a unique outfit for each legion soldier? Obviously, none of them wear the same outfit in the lore, so none of the should ear the same outfit in the game. Unless the game is not a representation of the lore and the outfits are just because of game engine.
