I do not want something that spawns when I push a button, I wish them to be genuinely randomized. Of course, from what I understand, combat doesnt happen if you arent on the cell, so it would wait until I come back to actually play out the attack.
This is to be used in conjunction with the RTS mod, as it would allow me to play out almost realistic scenarios (like for instance raiders attacking while I am in the middle of building or something). I do not want them to come when I am ready, I want them to come when I am not.
as player, I would place a spawn point and a 'attack towards' point, where they would attempt to reach. I would like there to be a warning of some sort, but all id want is a little notifier in the top left saying 'your under attack' right before stuff happens.
Naturally, it would be great if this has already been done.
If not, then I would need information on how to do it myself. I am familiar, kinda, with the GECK, and the scripting seems to be easy enough to learn, as I have some programming knowledge. I would need some pointers on where to start..
This might also be used to play out attacks on places you frequent, I suppose, but primarily I plan to be using it to spawn attacks on my RTS village.
Also, Slightly related, how would I go about getting npc's equipped with sniper rifles to to shoot farther? Would a perception boost do the trick?
