To cut down RSI, could a programable mouse be allowed to hold down a button to emulate the left mouse button/rebound attack button.
Ie you press a button and hold instead of doing a power attack, you do 2-3 normal swings or how many you programmed.
That could work, same thing as a trigger finger mod on a controller
Depends more on the software than the mouse. But yes this is possible.
Just create a macro to press right click , delay for x seconds, release right click. You could then tell it to repeat a certain number of times or indefinitely.
I use my logitech software to also weapon swap, use skill, weapon swap back in one button click. This essentially give me access to 10 hotkey slots and not just 5. There is a GCD on weapon swap though. It appears to be 0.5 seconds FYI.
I'm sure it could be done with the right mouse / software...as many are programmable. The question is will it be considered a macro and how vicious with Zenimax be on detecting and enforcing macro use.
If your naga cannot
Then you should just get your money back I would think. That's like the most basic of basic macros.
I use to love my Nostromo gear (which was later bought / merged with Razor) but ever since I have hated their software as a person who both games and macros a lot.
I have a naga and it looks like you could do this (at least in Synapse 2), but can't tell for sure without getting in game and trying.
