Yes, but we shouldn't talk about it, as long as people think it is was nerfed, nobody will demand a new nerf.

It wasn't meant to nerf total damage. The issue was with the + to crit damage bonus and working with magic and causing scaling issues when working with high crit %. Also Bow was not meant to worth with it.
It is a fix to the bugged portion of the racial but not the intended total bonus to damage. Basically it is a fix, not a nerf. People just tend to use the word "nerf" incorrectly often. A power could do 10,000 times the intended damage due to an OBVIOUS bug yet people on forums would call fixing it a nerf.
And then follow it up with, "Why not just allow everyone to bug the game and get 10,000 times the intended damage so we don't have to nerf it!?!"
But on-topic, does anyone have specifics for the Argonian change, if there is one? I must have missed it somewhere and Google isn't playing nice.
It was never about plates! It was about the obscurity of proper usage of stamina!
I don't think the khajit carnage skill was necessarily OP by itself, but all three of its passives were pretty bad arsery. And really, the extra 3% crit could possibly make up for the small percent of damage bonus, if it makes it crit often enough. Someone break out 5 D20s and start rolling, see how often you roll a 1-3 out of a hundred.. lol.. it could make up for it in the long run?
Plates is all there is, everything else is a lie.
Stamina builds aren't viable anyways, they should nerf all the class skills.
