I've been looking at race mods lately and it seems a majority of the custom races I check out are geared towards being mage/stealth characters. I would really like to build a good Paladin character from a custom race mod and would like to know if anyone knows any good races out there that fit the class.

The general thinking is that any race can be a paladin but that Redgaurd are the most noble of the stock races and houses :shrug: I'd pick a race you like the look of and tailor you character from there. Racial stats are only a hinderance for about 15 minutes with the right mods and playing mindset.

Back when I first started playing Morrowind I used to play a Paladin class all the time, I used the Breton race as I liked the racials and their magical abilities made casting protective spells easier and I could use more spells as a result of the higher magicka pool. I have just restarted playing again and went with a custom mage class this time as I needed a change however I try to steer clear of race mods because they take away from the lore most of the time but thats all personal opinion I guess. As a final comment I would check out planetelderscrolls and have a look at the races section of mods if you really want a new race.
