Any guilds emphasising tolerance and common sense?

I'm interested in joining a guild where the members have an open mind and are tolerant of all playstyles. I want to avoid people who continually state what they don't want in the game and make it their life's work ensuring no-one else gets it either. If what you want to do is pick flowers and stand in front of a crafting station all day that's great, I'll send you my commissions regularly. If you just want to solo the entire way while having the resources of an experienced guild behind you to draw upon that's fine too. However, people who criticise others who want to maximise their performance or rush to cap need not apply. Similarly hardcoe players who belittle the achievements of others with less time available to play can take a hike. A community of like-minded people exploring game design and bringing creative suggestions to the forums for rational discussion.

Tolerance in an MMO. Now there's a pipe dream.

There is a simple solution to that issue.

Don't associate with elitists.

I think tolerance is a two way street. When you approach a subject preaching the virtues of tolerance and then categorically state what you won't tolerate, it kind of undermines your point. I've had nothing but good experiences with people in ESO especially when I don't approach them with any preconceived idea of what MMO personality archetype they might fall under.

I'm sure the qualities you're looking for are what most guilds forming before the game even launches are striving to have.

There are a few that I'm aware of (including ours of course). Our only real 'rules' are stick to the ZOS TOS, if you PVP please avoid fighting against us in our elected campaign and of course make use of our guild store to buy and sell (not exclusively but as one of your shopping destinations.

We're a trading guild who will be engaging in group PVP and PVE (PVP especially), but other than those two prerequisites in the paragraph above, the level at which you involve yourself is pretty much up to you (www.imperialtradingcompany.net).
