Can I run Eso on "High" graphics?! : Othor Games

Here are my pc specs:

Intel Core i3- 2370 M , 2,4Ghz
WIN7 64Bit
4GB ram
HDD 500GB
Graphics Card: AMD Radeon HD 7470M 2GB

I'll be able to run ESO on high graphics ? Thanks!

You'll probably get 20-30fps tops on high with that setup. Still very much playable though.

I don't think he will get 20-30 FPS on that with high settings. Medium at best, but playability is not looking good.
