Sorry about your luck but that probably won't happen in this game. They follow a more realistic style as opposed to anime stylized.

Could happen, I'm just excited to see Riften before it burnt down and Winterhold before the collapse in Skyrim but the extra Falmer ruins would be pretty sweet.

I mentioned in both beta survey's I filled out that I would love to explore some Snow Elf ruins... not sure they will listen to that because I might have been the only one who mentioned it but hey... never know.

The Chantry of Auriel is still there at this point so it is completely possible lore wise.

Also Falmer is the same as Dunmer, I believe the word for those ones is "forsaken" but I'm not 100% on that.

Not a bad idea. Except the Ebonheart Pact defeated them prior to the start of ESO... It'd be cool but it should be as lore friendly as possible.

I think new races should be reserved for the singleplayer TES games for now. But I would love more skill lines and skill points!
