There's an annoying white jagged outline that appears around my character and weapons and sometimes in the environment. Usually it's where it's dark or if there's smoke. I'm not sure if it's an issue with my graphics card and drivers or maybe a game setting. The white outline isnt always there but usually at certain angles in the dark. I'd post a screenshot but it's not letting me. Can anyone tell me what it is or how I can fix it?

Nope no Mods. Is there anyway to post a picture on here so that I can show you guys the problem? It happens to me in another game too. A white outline around the edge of objects. And it's always around objects in either smoke or distortion effects or some sortof darkness.
