7. We worked with the Psijic Monks to hide them to prevent a certain Kha-Po-Tun Agent from creating extremely detailed Maps of Tamriel in preparation for a likely invasion. A Person of Interest was identified by the Nevarine as the source of a Shrine to Boethia in the Third Era, a similiar looking individual was repeatedly travelling from the Largest Seaports to the Imperial City on a regular basis, and using Dwemer timing devices to get accurate times for moving large groups as quickly as possible. The Blades lost track of the individual during the Oblivion Crisis, but the same individual was sighted while Umbriel was devastating Black Marsh and even threatened White-Gold Tower.

The Psijic Order has informed other Groups that the Spy has been sighted watching the Dragonborn
