So I was doing some side quests getting my stats to 100 after i beat the main story, and i got infected with vampire stuff, i was like "meh" but now, haha, EVERYWHERE I GO I get attacked. I TRIED to do the quest to get cured, but even THAT GUY attacked me, I am now considering my save unplayable and making a new one. thanks bethesda, (great game otherwise tho love it :3)

I guess you don't have Dawnguard.
Wait until night time and sneak into a house. feed on someone who is sleeping then you'll be fine for a few ingame days.

Yeah, just feed. It's not that big of a deal.

Yeah, if you have Dawnguard then you won't be attacked as a stage four vampire Harry. Feeding will revert you to stage one and stop the attacks. Or perhaps you want to get cured of your vampirism altogether? If so..

Yea what the kinsman mike said. Gotta feed on someone before you can talk with the guy.

Also, carry cure disease potions with you everywhere.
