I got the Imperial one but I'll probably not even use it. But at least it still remains an option.

Just think about how many people you could help if you didn't throw money away. YOU ALREADY OWN THE FRICKIN GAME.

Did you play any of the TES games?

If so did you play Imperial much? If the answer to this is no, then save your cash and stick with what you have.

The extra 2 days is absolutely NOT worth the extra cost. Unless you actually want the digital perks, don't waste your money. Two days will come and go before you know it.

Just see it as preparation for true challenges in life: jobs & marriage. In both cases you're probably going to end up with something that sounded nice in the beginning, but turned to something twisted later on. But still you will stick with these choices.

Your retailer is not screwing you over, he's actually looking out for you and tries to toughen you up.

But seriously, don't buy the game a second time. Not for a meager two day period. This won't matter at all. After one week, you won't remember these two days difference.

Or sell the game for a friend, let it run in your account, get the sub money from him/her in person.

Spending money is voting in its purest form.
Spending extra cash on this game is simply you putting extra support towards it and its success. If you can afford it, why not? Give the other account to a friend and spread the good word of ESO

How often does an event like this happen? i.e. launch day of the best MMO for the next 10 years? You know you want to be there for day 1, to shoot the you know what with your friends in the years to come to reminisce about the 2 x 19 hour gaming sessions you did on EA release day to be early into Cyrodil and take that first keep!

Peace.

I'm here to help you out. You got a few options.

1.Email GMG: Tell them you accidentally bought the standard and want to upgrade to imperial (companies like money and will try to work with you)

2.Email ESO: tell them to get that key you put on your account off your account. Then proceed to sell the key via ebay/forums and to get it sold quick do it for a cheaper price so people are willing to purchase it. Then buy the Imperial edition.

3. Purchase a 5 day early access key for like 5-10$ some people are selling it on Ebay. It's just the 5 day early access, doesn't come with any imperial bonuses.

You don't have to spend an extra 80 man, don't do it! You have options!
