You make a fair point. There are bad eggs in each race and each faction. I will be rolling alts in each of the faction. My heart, however, shall ever lie in Ebonheart.

I know right? Isn't that bothersome? Why did they put that on the website and then gave these npcs different personalities in game? It can cause so much confusion x_x

According to the devs the anolytics they collected showed each faction dominating in population at various time. It is just that AD seemed to dominate PvP more in the last phase that it made it look like it favored them. All polls, from various sources show the factions to be nearly equally divided. Usually with one faction slightly ahead of the other two, but typically by 5% or less. AD was not the top one in any of the polls I have seen, it has one of the other two. Still, all very close.

Plus, according to one of the devs, with the way the super server works, it will be balancing the zones so there are not huge imbalances in Cyrodill.

That would be true if a lot of people were not driven by racial stats. AD does not have a great variety in that respect, and the Bosmer stats are pretty lackluster.

I think DC and AD will be pretty even, EP will be behind. DC was billed as the least populated lately, which will drive lots of people to it.
