I'm playing on Ultra with a steady 80 FPS on my Laptop. Besides, the game isn't that demanding because it's an MMO.

Sorry to dredge up an old post, when I did a search here for GTX 650 this was the only thing to come up. Question is, is there much difference between the normal GTX 650 and the GTX 650 Ti Boost 2gb version?

I did, some of the comparisons talks about CUDA points (whatever that is) and there is some info on what FPS you'd expect to run at on med to high settings in some games, but that's just it, other games, I found no info on what it's like with ESO. Other games, yes ESO no.

It's a fairly old spec PC:

Processor: Intel Core i3-4130(3.4GHz) 3MB LGA1150
Chipset: Intel B85 Express Chipset
Graphics: 1GB Dedicated GFX (Now a GTX 650 Ti Boost 2gb, awaiting installation)
Memory: 4GB 1333 MHz DDR3 SDRAM (more RAM on the way)
HDD: 1TB 7200 rpm High Speed SATA III Connection
Power: 550watt

60 FPS then, btw that's a haswell CPU the newet one, why not pay 80 more for an i5, though at that res it would be overkill. :)
