Can someone help me with my problem please?

A few months ago I paid for original game Dishonored from Slovakia I have registered this game on my Steam Account and now I would like to use Dishonored DLC Double Pack: Dunwall City Trials & The Knife of Dunwall (Dishonoured) PC for which I paid last Friday from UK.I tried to download it via my steam account, and when it asked me to enter the cd-key to activate the product, I got this message: "Sorry, but the following items are not available for purchase in this country. Your purchase has been cancelled."

Does anyone know where is the problem please?
