Where does one go to start a guild once in-game? How much does it cost and can it be done at an early level?

Open guild pane, pick its alliance, name, hit create.

No cost no player requirements that I recall.

10 accounts for bank, 50 for crappy store.

So no requisite visits to a "Master of Guilds" or some such nonsense? Just straight out open the pane and go, any time anywhere?

think it was just by pressing G key, or maybe Cntrl G not sure been a while.
