If on sunday you get in for 1 hour and the server goes down for a whole days of emergency maintanence would you all be ok with that? I hope so because it will happen with everyone trying to log in at 6:30 am eastern

I'd be fine with that. I've been around for a lot of MMO launches and honestly go in not expecting servers to be playable/stable for a week or 2 anyways. Things happen. If I can't play I'd I don't know.... do something else for awhile. Just like how I survived before it came out.

Would I be "ok" with it? Yeah I have other things I can do with time, this would just be my preferred thing to do. Have played enough launches of games to know that anything can happen. If it does, I'll be fine... life will go on. Early access is a bonus and I will not be counting the hours.

Hey what a great idea... nobody should be allowed to complain about not getting 5 days (120 hours) of early access unless they actually stay awake and logged in for all of them! (i kid, I kid)

Yeah sadly I've seen that too often. Can't even remember how many times I saw the servers down for an hour and forums erupting demanding a free day... have even seen demands for a free month for that.

Maybe they can get Will Gardner to take their case.

Then ZOS should allow players to pay $14.50 for their monthly subscriptions and ZOS can imagine it is rounded up to $14.99.

You don't start getting billed until the 1st of April, so... you know... shut up.

I think we should just settle this argument the only reasonable way we can... Eliminate early access because obviously it's causing too many issues. Since the early access itself was never part of the fee for the game then it's all fair and even and will just have to wait until the game officially launches. On top of that then people won't be able to complain that people with the 5 day early access get 5 days for free... that's right you're getting free game time right now before you actually have a subscription. I vote we get rid of that though and just do launch and start the subscription immediately!

That's true and thanks to my sarcasm made me think of the fact that this play time is free for those unhappy about it because their subscription doesn't start until launch anyways... So sarcasm paid off!

There is an acronym KISS which means keep it simple stupid. Easy answer is midnight launch EDT at 3/31 and 4/4.

But I think someone somewhere wanted to outsmart everyone. So its foobar and a haircut.
