My set up for ESO

Post » Sat Mar 29, 2014 5:50 pm

Im not sure about you all but Im ready to get down and explore ESO. I went out and purchased a brand new gaming computer and a 32 inch flat screen l.e.d tv for my monitor lol. Taking a month off of work so I can focus. (I am a published Author of 3 books. My fourth book is almost done.) My publishing company is pissed but they will get over it lol. Share your set up and how you prepared for the launch.

Ive got a decent laptop to start off with and a 2 year outdated Desktop with an 32'' TV attached to it.
I'm waiting for how the game works out for me , before spending 400,- on upgrades since my income isn't that high :<
I bought a new mouse for eso, but thats it ;)

;) as long as you got the tv monitor its all good. that way you wont miss anything. I played the beta on my laptop and it ran very smooth. but I couldent get a good feel of the graphics till i ran it on my pc. I was amazed how different it looked.

I will be gaming on an HDTV but it svcks a bit because modern monitors are much higher res, if I had the spare cash I'd be getting a decent monitor.

Yeah but i have heard Its gonna be CPU intensive, since ive got an amd phenom ii x4 640 in my desktop and a 120g HDD those will be my bottlenecks.
I have an Club3d Radeon HD7850 GPU which is fine by me.. so i'll have to replace my motherboard+cpu+ram and an better/faster HDD and you'll quickly hit 400,-

EDIT: and yes an 32'' LED is more realistic than an 17,3'' laptop ;)

it will NOT be cpu intensive by any means. DO not believe everything you hear.
