Orsimer Language

I would like to know if there is an official language of the Orsimer? in Daggerfall there was a language skill "Orcish" but i haven't heard anything about it since. I feel that Orsimer culture and names are too unique to be shared by the other races linguistically and would like to hear some official opinions about this. :) thanks!

"Less than two years after ascending to maturity, Gro-Kayra was making camp when a thin voice called out from the thickening night. He was surprised to hear the language of his people spoken by a tongue that obviously did not belong to an Orc."

Orsimeri, Orcish, or (endonymically) Tranmakhalaz is the language of the Orcs. It is phonologically characterized by gutturallity, explosive plosives, and intricate dental fricatives.
