Last Minute decision

Post » Sun Mar 30, 2014 12:01 pm

Having played in 3 beta weekends and enjoyed every last minute of the game I have gone to the ESO website and almost bought a pre order 3 times now. However having been a part of countless numbers of betas/early releases and launches part of me doesn't thing it will matter much. Login issues, server crashes, restarts , and soul crushing lag as everybody in the world is funneled into 1 place makes me wonder how much playing i would actually get done on sunday if any.

I will leave my fate in the hands of the interwebs...... May God have mercy on my soul.

You know you want to. Imagine waking up tomorrow, birds singing, sun shining, ESO just glowing on that lovely little screen. Oh yes, sounds like a good day doesn't it?

It will be different this time! Or maybe not... We'll just have to hope.

I also did not play in any of the beta weekends but, I bought the Imperial Edition.

Keep in mind that this forum is mostly filled with the super-obsessive fans who just cannot get enough of this game. Your poll results may be a little skewed. :D

The only people who think patience is a virtue are those people who want you behind them so they can get a head start.

Buy it. Now.

A wise man you are Dionysus, it's only fit that you do buy. After all you are the god of indulgence

lol funny how may people have absolutely no idea what who/what Dionysus is and even less know how to pronounce it. I have had this tag since Halo 1 days I've heard it all.

LOL...

Everybody reading this forum is already hooked!

My only question is: Should I forego sleep and set my alarm for 4am? That is PDT...

i understand the ability to purchase 5 day early access ends at midnight, altho i may be wrong about that.

but, if im right then you only have 22 minutes to secure the 5 day early access pass, once we cross over into the 30th you will only be able to purchase the 3 day early access.

however i could be wrong so, dont quote me on that.

i guess that all depends on your age.... w/out dating myself too much i can just say my plans to stay up so i can make that 5a.m. launch time usually end up in about 4 hrs of pure adrenaline at launch time followed by a crash by lunchtime and i wake up around 7pm wasting pretty much my whole gaming day.

Look at it this way,

Being on that fence has to be extremely uncomfortable, while playing this gem of a mmo as early as tomorrow morning will make you wonder why you ever made this poll in the first place? :)
