I have a problem with shouts that seems to have started after i used some shouts with TGM (god mode) active. The issue i'm having is that even if i don't use a shout the cooldown bar on top suddenly resets, like i used a shout, even if i didn't. The blue bars animation starts and when it gets halfway they start again moving from the center, like i just used a shout. Obviously, i can't use any shouts. If i activate TGM and use a shout (i can do it like this) and then deactivate TGM, for a while shouts are working like they should...but after 30 seconds, 1 minute, the bug reappears and again i can't use any shouts. Notice that the bug manifests itself without beiing in a battle.

Anyone else having the same problem? Please help me
