Oblivion on Windows 7

Well, as you can imagine, my question is how will Oblivion function on Windows 7? Will I have to download something or will it work just fine?

Oblivion works perfectly on Windows 7 for me without using any of the Compatibility modes.

Just don't install it to the "Program Files" directory. Use something like "C:/Bethesda Softworks/Oblivion" instead. This is so the UAC won't interfere with mods.

Yep, works fine for me too. And the above is a good strategy for all of your games.

It runs fine on Win7 for me and I have it installed in the Program Files folder without any problems. Just right click on the folder and select full administrative rights and you'll have no issues.
