Prologue: Sin City

Vegas. Vegas never changes. Even after the apocalypse, Vegas remained the city where fortunes were won and lost in the blink of an eye. Run by a dictator that had kept himself alive for 200 years, Las Vegas became New Vegas as three tribes renovated casinos. Vegas had again become the city of sin, and the Strip was lit up. Sme time later, a Courier arrived in Vegas. He had seen it all; The Sierra Madre, Big MT, Zion Canyon, even the treacherous Divide. When war broke out on Hoover Dam, the Courier moved swiftly and mercilessly. When Legate Lanius lay bleeding on the ground, the Legion was leaderless. He had already killed Caesar. When General Lee Oliver of the NCR showed up at the gates of the Legate's camp, he only had to signal to Yes Man, and General Oliver was thrown from Hoover Dam. When the two armies retreated, and when Mr House was out of the picture, the Courier was left to have Vegas for himself. He might have been in charge, but that didn't mean the casinoss would just throw caps at him. The Courier wasn't happy with this, so he came up with a plan to win millions.
