Creative lore explanations for lore unfriendly mods...

Post » Wed Apr 02, 2014 8:41 pm

Let's see if we can come up with creative lore justifications for even the most lore breaking and unfriendly of mods. It has to be something other than just "the jills."

I'll start:

Tropical Skyrim: The character is an ancient wizard who got so powerful that he CHIM'd it, because he thought Skyrim was too cold.

Guns: The DB was dikeing around with his Elder Scrolls and accidentally went far into the future where he looted advanced weaponry.

The moons are replaced by the Death Star: The Thalmor decided that a hundred years was long enough to wait before starting up another moon-related experiment. Or someone built a new type of battlespire that's large enough to hide the moons behind it. Possibly the two theories are both correct: The new battlespire is the Thalmor's shortcut to destroying the world.

This has me stumped. How on Nirn will I be able to explain away all the barbie doll mods with watermelon [censored]?

Forum Censor: I meant the bird variety. I swear.

Macho Dragons: Ysgramor was a dragon, and one of his many epithets was Macho Man.

The same thing that gave rise to the pudding faces of Oblivion. But yeah, the number of barbie face mods out there make me feel...a tad uncomfortable really.

Anywho, I can't use mods that aren't lore friendly because...well, they're not lore friendly. I don't know why either.
