Greetings, I was wondering on how to make shadow effects on hoods? I am using photoshop CS2. I will be using concealing hoods and then put the shadow effects on those hoods for my project.

A shadow effect? Doesn't concealing hoods add a natural shadow? Or do you want a drastic shadow that blacks out your face?

If you do, You might need to bring the hood into a 3d modeling program and add a UV mapped plane to the hood's mesh.

You can then make an alpha channel for that black texture plane in Adobe Photoshop and adjust the shadow to your liking.
