Just a quick question...

Would it be feasible to live in Esbern's room after A Cornered Rat?

It seems like a pretty sweet hangout for a thief character, especially if you're in the thieves guild. I don't know if any of the containers are safe, but since Skyrim's respawn period is 30 days, that usually isn't a problem.

What do you guys think?
