Is there some list that tells me thier name and thier occupation perhaps?

if a spouse wasn't a merchant before, they will open up a small store selling miscellaneous things.

If a spouse was a merchant (such as a blacksmith), they will be selling those items still.

Yes, um i know of the all spouses become merchants thing, and i did look up the link above before i posted the topic, perhaps ill just do some more digging
