I remember back in the day there was a mod that tried to overcome the scaling problem by adding "higher level" versions of each spell.

Like there was a regular chain lightning, there was an "expert" chain lightining which had a bigger area of effect and was more powerful, and there was a master level chain lighting which was even more so.

Anyone know what that was called, or even better if it's still around?
