Some people are just in the "blue" mood, so I wonder if there was a way to join the blue team in team deathmatch when you are the only one person in the private server waiting for people to join?

So what I am getting at, is that when I start a private team deathmatch game, the game always puts me in the red team, no matter what. Is there a way to switch to the blue team?

As an aside, why doesn't the console versions support 8 players and include CTF? Even if it can't support 8 players, why can't there be a 2 on 2 CTF?
